The Norton Agency, with its rich heritage and respected name, is North Georgiaīs largest, oldest and most successful real estate and insurance firm. The Norton Agency was founded in 1928 by a young banker from Rabun County, named W. L. Norton. He believed in hard work, respect for the individual, and community involvement.

Despite its founding roots during the Great Depression, and the struggle to rebuild after the devastating tornado of 1936, the Norton Agency grew and diversified with the North Georgia region.

Now in its third generation of family ownership, Frank Norton, Jr. and his brother Bob are energetic owners, who are driven to build a stronger company while improving the welfare of the region. Leadership and innovation, in business and development, is the foundation of the Norton Agency.
